Shipping

SHIPPING USPS ($9.95):

We strive to ship your order via USPS as quickly as possible. We ship from Aspen, Colorado our home town, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed + shipping time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Please get in touch if you would like to place a rush order. There will be an extra fee to our flat rate $9.95 for rush shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Patches & Pets is a small family owned business in Aspen, Colorado.  Each hat has been handmade for you.  You may return any hat that has a material defect.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.  If there is an issue, we ask that you please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.  Thank you for your understanding.

Missing Or Stolen Packages

Oh snap the package went missing! Patches & Pets is not responsible for stolen packages once confirmed delivered. If package theft is a concern to you, you can typically request a hold for pickup directly with the carrier or leave them a note.

Can I modify Or Cancel My Order

If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order after it has been embroidered or shipped. 

CUSTOM PATCHES: All custom orders will be on a case by case, as the patches are individually made in Colorado. Once our machine starts making the magic, we can’ stop the pot of gold at the end.

Want A Bulk Order For The Whole Family

If you are wanting to place a bulk order for every family member please email us at so we can prepare a quote just for you. We do not sell our patches in bulk, and they are not resell-able.

My Hat Looks Different Than The Picture

Please expect a slight variation in colors from the actual  “computer” image. 

The “Legacy Old Favorite Trucker Hat”: is an all hand-crafted with a special dye and washing process which results in unique variations of color from one hat to the next, this includes the mesh back.

BK Vintage Mesh Trucker Hat:  This hat has undergone a special dyeing. Any imperfections in color and hat to hat variations are part of the design.
