LABRADOODLE: The cross breed of a Labrador and Poodle, the Labradoodle was the first to kick off this craze. They are the perfect mix of intelligence, charm, and playful energy!
BREED PERSONALITY
Every Labradoodle seems to have high energy, is clever and friendly, though not to the extent of the average Labrador. Each Labradoodle is a special individual with his or her own oddities and mannerisms, some of which may be passed from their parents. Knowing whether or not a Labradoodle puppy will show more of a Lab or Poodle personality is unknown.
BREED OWNER
It’s a common belief that all Labradoodles are non or low-shedding, but studies have shown that no dog is truly 100% hypoallergenic.Labs don’t require a lot of grooming, but you’ll definitely need to put more energy into a Labradoodle’s coat than you would with a pure bred Lab. Plan on at least an hour of exercise each day for an adult Labradoodle, and try to add in additional playtime like catch or puzzle games.
